We undertake all commercial and residential surveys and inspections on office buildings, warehouses, commercial buildings and retail units as well as residential houses and flats. We tailor our surveys to the needs of the client with fast and accurate reporting. We can give an immediate assessment verbally or electronically depending upon how you will like it, with a full written report provided within seven to ten days. All our reports will include budget costings for repair and maintenance works plus reinstatement cost assessments for building insurance purposes.

As for our design work, it ranges from minor layout alterations and improvement works to major refurbishments and new build works. We use our in house team – NBS Scheduler to provide up-to-date technical specifications and tender documentation. Our ‘Design & Contract Administration’ service includes preparation of CAD drawings, obtaining planning consent and preparing and advising on tenders. We also offer advise on the most suitable form of contract and administer the contract through to completion with the appropriate level of site monitoring and client advice.
